Clients from Hell: Real Cases with Fictional Names Updated to 2025. In my 20 years as a freelancer, I've worked with all kinds of clients. My resume includes a selection of the most relevant ones. But I've also had clients with whom things didn't go as planned. Some of these cases seem like something out of a comedy, but they're more common than you think. I invite you to discuss what you would do in the cases presented during the class and what I would do.
Budgets: Also based on real cases with fictitious names and updated values according to current Argentine prices. A budget is the foundation of all freelance work. If the budget is well-prepared, if you've identified the type of client and set the correct price, it's much more likely that the work will go well and you'll get what you expected. Not just in terms of the number, but in terms of the final result.
Work done under unfavorable circumstances can negatively impact the quality of the final product. What clauses can transform a quote into a legally binding contract? What are the client's obligations and yours? How to protect the quote and the content created for it?
